What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profession, exam and country you choose.
• Learning data: your answers, flashcard reviews, notes, study plan and progress.
• Uploads: lecture videos, documents or images you choose to upload.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, personalise your study plan, answer support requests, process payments and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

AI processing

To generate explanations, notes and tutoring, parts of your content may be processed by AI model providers acting as our processors, including Anthropic. Your content is not used to train public models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Lectrove (hosting, email, payments, AI processing), under contracts that protect it, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time by writing to us; we delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Lectrove is intended for users aged 18 and over.
